What happens when I hit Free tier limits?
You'll receive a friendly prompt to upgrade to Pro. We won't delete your data or block your account. You can continue using existing repositories and wait for your monthly run count to reset, or upgrade to unlock unlimited usage.
Do I need AWS/cloud services to use CodioCi?
No! CodioCi works entirely on your infrastructure. S3 artifact storage is optional - artifacts are stored locally by default. You only need cloud services if your pipelines deploy to AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
How do self-hosted runners work?
Self-hosted runners let you execute pipelines on your own machines (with GPUs, high memory, etc.). Download the runner agent, register it with your CodioCi instance, and pipelines will automatically use your hardware. Free tier includes 1 runner, Pro includes unlimited.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET30 terms.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes! If you're not satisfied with Pro within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked.
